Printing pigment binder Printing Pigment Binder is a kind of stable self-cross linking acrylic polymer emulsion. The emulsion is exclusively designed for printing of high value textiles, giving the finished products the advantages of soft handle, bright color, rub resistance, high soaping fastness, etc. There is good effect exerted on printing process of cotton cloths and T/C blended cloths. Blended with synthetic thickeners, the product can be proper printing paste for flat screen printing, rotary screen printing and pigment dyeing. [Specification] Appearance: white emulsion with slight blue light Ionicity: anion PH value: 7-8 Solid content: 37±1% [Product Features of Printing Pigment Binder] 1. The product is environmental protective with no emission of APEO and formaldehyde, and no yellowing of the colorless and transparent filming at high temperatures. 2. Printed textiles have soft handle, excellent pattern sharpness, bright color; dry rub fastness grade 3-4, wet rub fastness above grade 2.5. 3. Applicable to various printing equipments with filming at slow speed, no blockage on the net. [Usage] Recommended recipe as follows:

	Printing Pigment Binder	Color paste	Synthetic thickener	Urea(dissolved with water at the of 1:1)	Water
Thin color	20-25%	3-5%	1.5-2.0%	5-10%	remaining
Thick color	25-30%	6-8%	1.5-2.0%	5-10%	remaining

Process flows: 1. Size mixing Blend synthetic thickener with water---pulp at high speed to paste---add adhesive and homogenize---add urea solution---finally add color paste and pulp to meet the requirements. 2. Printing Plain white cloth or colored cloth---print-- dry---bake--- (after-treatment)   [Packing & Storage] 50kg or 125kg per plastic barrel, tightly seal the plastic bag after use in order to avoid moisture loss resulting in filming.
